“Olivar de la Luna” is an Organically Produced Extra Virgin olive oil which is extracted cold in Santa Casilda’s very own almazara.

It is exclusively drawn from our own olives. The main variety used is Nevadillo Blanco, a crop native to the region, although other varieties such as Lechín, Picudo and Manzanillo are also used in smaller measures.
Harvest takes place in early November, with the olives taken exclusively from the tree, never from the floor. After the fruit has been carefully selected, it is immediately pulped, thus guaranteeing low levels of acidity – never higher than 0.2º.
