The quality of our oil is carefully ensured throughout every phase of the production process, while the olive is still on the tree until the moment it is picked, as well as in the subsequent processing, storage and packing phases.

We perform analytical controls in an outside laboratory, which we use to monitor fatty content, acidity, peroxide index and other quality criteria.

We carry out tastings on the oil obtained every day in order to ensure that the oils stored in each deposit are standardised.

The entire process is totally traceable throughout and quality is guaranteed.

Our product’s quality and safety have been endorsed by

  • CAAE Certification which states that we have met European Regulations for Organic Production (Reg. 2092/91)
  • Certificate of Quality (Government of Andalucía)
  • We have met NOP (National Organic Program) regulations, as laid down by USDA ORGANIC (USA).
  • We are members of the Spanish Association for Biodynamic Agriculture (AEAB), and are currently awaiting our DEMETER certificate.
