The oil is extracted using our on-site almazara which works at room temperature. The result is a “straight off the branch” olive oil, conserving all its physical properties (taste, texture, colour and aroma).
“Olivar de la Luna” is a very fruity oil which echoes the flavour of the olives themselves, along with subtle hints of apples, almonds and freshly-cut grass. It has a long, sweet and luxurious taste, with a very lightly bitter aftertaste typical of the original olive, an indicator of its stability, abundance in poliphenols and anti-oxidants, and high vitamin E content.
